Minebea Technologies

Minebea Technologies is based out of Plot No-E-1 in Phase-2 of the Industrial Area. It’s a large zone with lots of factories and workshops around us. We’ve been here in this specific plot for a while now. The area is always buzzing with the sound of machinery and big trucks moving in and out. Our space is more of a technical hub than a regular office. We deal with various technology projects and parts. It’s a lot of hands-on work for the team. The office is situated right in the middle of all the industrial activity. We don't have a fancy glass front or any of that modern look. It’s a solid, practical building meant for doing work. Some days we are out on the floor more than we are sitting at our desks. Phase-2 is quite sprawling, but E-1 is easy enough to locate once you’re in the right section of the area. We have a small team of people who really know their stuff and don't like to waste time. We don't spend time on long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at the problems and try to solve them with what we have. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important piece of equipment we have some mornings. It’s a straightforward environment for everyone. No one wears suits here. We’re usually in work clothes and ready to get things moving.
