We operate out of House No 3452 in Sector 23D, Chandigarh. It’s a residential area, so it’s a lot quieter than the main commercial blocks. We’ve been here for several years, and we like the calm environment for our work. Even though our name says international, we are a pretty small team working from a couple of rooms in this house. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork for things moving across borders. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, often at odd hours because the people we talk to are in different time zones. It can be a bit tiring when you’re answering emails at midnight, but that is just how the international side of things works. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. Most people wouldn't even know we are a business if they walked past the house. We have our files and our desks, and that is about it. We’ve built up some good relationships with people in other countries over the years, and that is what keeps us going. Every day brings a different set of challenges, from shipping delays to customs questions. We just handle them as they come and try to keep things simple. We aren't trying to be a giant firm; we just want to keep our clients happy and our records straight.
