Max India is based in Chandigarh, right in Sector 8-C at SCO No. 86 and 87. If you know Madhya Marg, you know how hectic it gets during the morning rush. We occupy two units there, so there is a bit of walking back and forth between the spaces. It’s a typical Chandigarh office block. The windows look out onto the main road, and we see the traffic crawling by all day. Inside, things are fairly quiet. We have several departments tucked away in different corners. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings; it’s a solid, older structure with a lot of character. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The desks are a bit mismatched, and the filing cabinets are definitely full. We spend a lot of time on emails and coordination. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, so we have a few extra fans going. There’s a small pantry where we make tea. People here have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits well. We don't really do big meetings unless it’s necessary. Mostly, we just stay at our desks and get through the paperwork. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to make sure the work is handled right. That’s our daily life here in Sector 8.
