Max Hospital Project

We are up in Dehradun, specifically in the Jakhan area, working on the Max Hospital Project. It is a beautiful part of the world, but building a hospital here comes with its own set of challenges. Our office is basically a site office right now. It is full of maps, engineering plans, and a lot of dust from the construction. We spend most of our time coordinating with the engineers and the local workers. It is a big project, and there are always a thousand things that need attention at the same time. The weather in Dehradun can be a bit unpredictable, which sometimes slows us down, but we just keep pushing through. We are not a corporate office with fancy furniture. We have folding chairs and big tables for our drawings. We are just a group of people trying to get this hospital built. Every day is different—some days we are dealing with plumbing issues, and other days it is the electrical layout. We do not talk much about visions. We just look at the blueprints and try to make sure everything is being built according to the plan. It is hard work and it takes a long time, but we are slowly seeing the structure take shape. We just take it day by day here in Jakhan and do what needs to be done. We get a lot of locals walking by asking when the hospital will be ready, and we just tell them what we know.
