Matta Hardware Store

Most days at Matta Hardware Store start early. We are over at Sector 18 Sco-22, right where people usually pass by on their way to work or the market. It’s a busy spot. The shop stays quite full of boxes and metal parts because there is always something someone needs for a leaky pipe or a door that won't shut right. We don't have fancy displays. Just rows of shelves with nails, hammers, and whatever else is in stock this week. Sometimes a customer comes in not really knowing the name of the part they need, so we just look through the bins together until we find it. It gets dusty in here, especially when we are moving the heavy stuff around. We've been in this Sco-22 space for a while now. People know us for having the random stuff others might not carry. It’s not a big showroom, just a regular place where you get your supplies and maybe talk about the weather for a minute. If you’re looking for a specific bolt or just need a new set of keys cut, that's what we do here. We just keep the doors open and try to help whoever walks in. It isn't complicated. We just sell what people need to get their own work done at home. There is always a lot of clinking sounds from the metal bins and the smell of paint and oil. It’s just how the shop is.
