You can find us at SCO-183-184 on Madhya Marg in Sector 8C. We’re right near Sindhi Sweets, which is a bit of a landmark around here and makes it easy for people to find the clinic. It’s a bit of a funny mix, being a weight loss clinic right next to a place that sells sweets, but it works for us. The space is mostly filled with physiotherapy equipment, mats, and some machines for the weight loss side of things. It’s not a gym, but people are definitely moving around a lot. You’ll hear the sound of people doing their stretches or the hum of the machines during the day. We’ve got a lot of people coming in with back pain or sports injuries, so there’s always someone being coached through their exercises. The floors are hard and easy to clean, which is good because we get a lot of foot traffic from Madhya Marg. It can get pretty busy, and sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped when several appointments overlap. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit; it’s usually just one of us handling the books and the door. The air conditioning is always running because it gets warm with everyone moving about. It’s a busy, practical place where we focus on getting people moving better and feeling a bit lighter. We just do our work and help whoever walks through the door.
