Manjeet K. Tangri Architect

We have been working out of this spot in Sector 15 B for a while now. It’s a busy area and the office at 1129 is where most of the actual work happens. Manjeet K. Tangri Architect isn't some big fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist who makes you wait. It is more about sitting down at the desk and figuring out how a building is going to stand up. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the local codes around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks that clients brought in. It’s just how we work. You can find us here most days of the week, usually trying to finish a drawing or talking to a contractor over the phone. People stop by to ask questions about their house extensions or new builds. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. We just show what can be done with the space you have. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can focus, but there is always something going on outside on the street. It feels like a normal part of the community. We've seen the area change over the years, but the way we handle the drawings stays pretty much the same. It’s about being practical and making sure the measurements are right before anyone starts digging a foundation.
