Jazz Biotech

Our shop, Jazz Biotech, is situated at 47/1 in Pipli Wala Town, right in the Manimajra area. Being near Fauji Dhaba is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is, and the smell of the food sometimes drifts over during lunch. The shop itself is where we handle various biotech supplies and equipment. It is a quiet street for the most part, though you get the occasional rush of traffic heading towards the main parts of town. Inside, the walls are lined with glass cabinets and steel shelves that hold all the different products we carry. We spend a lot of time checking expiry dates and making sure the storage conditions are just right, as many of these items are sensitive. It is mostly a two-person job, handling the inventory and speaking with the local clinics or labs that need supplies. The desk is usually cluttered with delivery notes and a few technical manuals that we refer to. We don't have a big staff or a fancy showroom; it’s just a practical workplace where things get done. Some days we spend more time on the phone than actually talking to people in person. When the evening rolls around and the lights at the dhaba start coming on, we begin our process of shutting down and making sure all the equipment is secured. It is a steady, predictable routine that we have grown quite used to over time.
