Ethics Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is located at SCF 606 on the first floor of the Motor Market in Manimajra. It might seem a bit strange to have a healthcare company right in the middle of a bunch of mechanic shops, but it works for us. There is a constant sound of engines revving and tools clanking outside, which gives the whole area a very industrious feel. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a few rooms dedicated to storage and a main area where we keep the desks. We do all our own administrative work, so things can get a little messy with folders and ledgers sometimes. The stairs leading up to our floor are a bit narrow, which makes moving large boxes a bit of a challenge, but we have a system down by now. We are not a big, faceless company. When you call, you are probably talking to one of the three or four people who are in the office that day. We know the tea seller across the street very well, and he usually brings over a tray of chai around eleven. It is these small local connections that make working here feel right. We spend our days checking orders and talking to suppliers. It is not glamorous work, but it is honest and it keeps us occupied. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of the busy market.
