You can find us on the second floor of SCO 905 in the NAC area of Manimajra. It is a decent climb up the stairs, but we do have a lift that works most of the time when you are carrying something heavy. This office serves as the main hub for Basic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. It is a functional space, mostly filled with metal cupboards, desks, and stacks of inventory. We do not go in for expensive decor or glass partitions. We prefer keeping things simple and practical. Being in Manimajra means there is always noise from the street below, but we have grown used to it over the years. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you might be answering the phone, and the next you are helping move a pallet of goods. We usually eat our lunch together in the small back room, sharing whatever we brought from home. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, though we do stay focused when there is a lot of work to get through. The afternoon sun hits the windows just right, making the office bright for a few hours before we head home. We know our regular visitors and the other shopkeepers in the block. It is a steady, local business life. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just handle the healthcare basics and keep the operation running.
