Management Trainee

You can find us over at Kumar Parisar, specifically in Flat No. 404 on the 4th floor of Block-D. We are right near Gandhi Bhawan in the Kothrud area of Pune. It’s a nice enough part of town, and being in an apartment-style setup makes the work feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. Manish Gohel helps keep things running here. The Management Trainee setup is pretty simple. We have our computers, some chairs, and plenty of coffee to get through the afternoons. Kothrud is a busy area, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it’s actually quite peaceful. We spend our time going through data, writing reports, and making sure all the boxes are checked. We don’t really have a big public front, as most of our work is done behind the scenes. It’s just a few of us trying to make sense of the tasks we get handed. Some days we stay late to finish up, and other days we manage to get out on time. We don’t use a lot of big talk or professional jargon. We just talk like normal people and try to be helpful. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we like the view of the neighborhood from our balcony when we take a break.
