Maks Buildwell Pvt Ltd is located right here in Dera Bassi at number 30, Saraswati Vihar. We are pretty close to the Sukhmani Engg. Collage, so there are always students and people moving around the area. Being in the Mohali district of Punjab keeps us busy with all the new stuff going up around here. We started this because we knew how to build and wanted to do it our own way. It's a small team, mostly just a few of us who have spent our lives on construction sites. We don't have a big corporate lobby with leather chairs. Instead, our office is where we keep the blueprints and take phone calls from suppliers. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with site plans and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. People in Punjab appreciate when you just tell them how it is without any fancy talk. We do our work, make sure the walls are straight, and move on to the next job. Dera Bassi is a good place to be based because it’s growing so fast. You can see the changes every month. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up since we set up shop in Saraswati Vihar. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build things that stay standing for a long time. It is just us working hard and trying to stay busy throughout the year.
