It is a standard place where we manage all our infrastructure projects. We have been in this part of Chandigarh for a good amount of time. The office isn't very big, but it fits everyone who needs to be here. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the maps and blueprints lying around. We aren't really into those modern, glass-walled offices you see in the movies. This is a working space. It gets bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a pretty good routine. We handle the paperwork and the coordination stuff here while the actual building happens elsewhere. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a small tea station in the corner that gets a lot of use. People stop by occasionally to drop off documents or ask about current projects. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a solid team of people who have been around the block a few times. We usually close up around six.
