You can find us at Hno-637, Phase 10 in Mohali, Chandigarh. Leighton India Pvt Ltd is located right here in the heart of the Punjab area. It’s a house-turned-office, which is pretty common for businesses starting out or wanting to keep things low-key. We like the vibe of Phase 10. It’s got a bit of everything. Our office isn't some high-tech hub. It’s just a place where we sit down and get to work. There are some trees outside and plenty of parking, which is a relief. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and the sound of people typing or talking on their mobiles. We handle a lot of different contracting stuff from here. Some days are slow, others are completely hectic. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just figure things out as we go. If there’s a problem on a site, we talk about it and find a fix. No fancy meetings or powerpoint presentations. We just use common sense. The team is small but we’ve been together a long time. It feels more like a family than a workplace sometimes. We’re just regular folks doing a job in Mohali. We don't need much more than that. It keeps us grounded and focused on what actually needs to be finished. We hope to stay here for many more years as the town grows around us.
