Leighton (Ind.) Ltd.

We have been based at 3347, Sector 50 D for quite a while now. Most of the people around here know us in the Bankers Enclave area. We handle a lot of the local building work that comes through Chandigarh these days. It is just a regular office where we deal with the daily paperwork and looking over site plans. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded around here, especially on Monday mornings when everyone shows up at the same time to get their assignments. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just us working. If you are looking for our spot, it is right in the residential part of the sector, so it stays pretty quiet most afternoons. We keep our tools and files organized as best as we can, though things definitely get messy when a big project starts up. Most of the guys have been with the company for several years. We just try to get the jobs done without making too much of a fuss. The neighborhood is nice, and we like being part of the community here. If you walk past, you will probably see a few of us drinking tea outside during a short break. It is not a corporate skyscraper, just a solid place where real work happens. We focus on what is right in front of us. No big speeches, just building things and making sure the sites are running. That is how we spend our days at Leighton (Ind.) Ltd.
