Leighton Contractor India Pvt Ltd is located in Lucknow at 550/73 Saketpuri, which is in the Alambagh area. We are set up c/o R.K. Gupta. It is a typical Lucknow neighborhood, busy and full of life. Alambagh is a well-known part of the city, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us once they get into Saketpuri. The office is pretty modest. We have our desks set up to handle the local projects we take on across this part of Uttar Pradesh. R.K. Gupta has been a part of this for a long time. It is a bit of a crowded space sometimes, especially when we have the site supervisors coming in to drop off reports or pick up supplies. We keep things simple here. There aren't any big corporate signs or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the work done. The heat in Lucknow can be a bit much in the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day long. We deal with a lot of different people, from suppliers to laborers, and this office is where all those connections happen. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been through a lot of seasons here, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it’s where we belong. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the projects moving along without too much fuss or delay.
