We are located at House No. 539 in Sector 8-B of Chandigarh. It’s a bit unusual because our office is actually in a residential-style house. This gives the place a much more relaxed vibe than your typical office building. Sector 8-B is a pretty quiet and green part of the city, which we all appreciate. We handle the ECC work for this region from here. The rooms in the house have been converted into different sections for our staff. We have a small garden area in the front where we sometimes take our tea breaks when the weather is nice. Most of us have been working in this branch for quite a few years now. We know the local area well and often see our neighbors out for walks. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our days reviewing project files and talking to site managers on the phone. It’s a very orderly environment, which fits the general feel of Chandigarh. We don’t have a big cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own food from home. The atmosphere is friendly and we all know each other’s names. We aren’t a very big team here, but we manage to stay on top of everything. It’s a comfortable place to work and we just focus on keeping our project schedules moving along without any major hiccups. There’s no corporate fluff here, just us doing our jobs.
