About Lahoria Rohin Architect – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Chandigarh
Working as an architect out of House No.141 in Sector -45A has been an interesting journey. We are up on the 2nd floor, so there’s a bit of a climb, but the view of the neighborhood is worth it. Lahoria Rohin Architect is basically just a few of us surrounded by rolls of drawings and computer screens. It’s a lived-in space, not one of those sterile offices you see in magazines. We have samples of materials scattered around and coffee mugs that have seen better days. Sector -45A is a decent place to be located. It’s mostly residential around here, which keeps things relatively calm during the work hours. We ended up in this house because it felt more comfortable than a commercial block. It’s got a bit more character. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—dogs barking or someone’s radio playing nearby. It makes the workday feel less like a grind. We don’t really do big presentations with fancy lights. Mostly, we just sit around the table and figure things out. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs attention, and the second floor gets quiet while the rest of the sector goes to sleep. It’s a practical way to run an architecture practice. No fluff, just honest work in a space that feels right for us and our small team.
