Kutir

Kutir is based out of Baltana, specifically on Peer Baba Road in the Gill Colony area of Zirakpur. It’s a lively part of the town with lots of families and small shops nearby. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The space we work in is nothing fancy, just a few rooms where we can sit and focus on our work. The road outside can get pretty congested, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home, but it gives the area a nice, lived-in feel. We are a small group of people and we don't really have a hierarchy. Everyone just chips in and does what needs to be done. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures to hand out. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them about us. We like to keep things very simple and direct. There is no corporate polish here. We just answer the phone, talk to people, and handle the business as it comes. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the stuff we have to keep track of, but we manage. Peer Baba Road is a well-known landmark, so it's easy for people to find us. We're just a local business doing our best to provide a decent service to the community in Zirakpur. We stay busy and we like it that way.
