Kiran Rubber Industries

Our place is out at Plot No 713 in the Phase-2 Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s mostly just factories and trucks. Kiran Rubber Industries has been operating from this same shed for a good amount of time. It isn't the quietest place to work with all the machinery going, but we're used to the noise. Most of the day is spent on the floor making sure the runs are going okay. We don't have a big reception area or a front desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us covered in a bit of dust or grease. It’s just the nature of the work we do. The Phase-2 area is a bit out of the way, so we don't get many walk-ins. Most people who come here are looking for something specific. We keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. It gets hot in the summer, but the fans help a bit. We just focus on the orders we have on the books. It’s simple work, really. We show up, we run the machines, and we pack everything up. There’s no big corporate office behind us. It’s just this plot and the people working inside it every day.
