Kiran Opticals Clinic

Our place, Kiran Opticals Clinic, is at 2241/9 in Mariwala Town. It’s a specific part of Manimajra that stays pretty busy during the day. The shop itself is not very big, just enough room for the display cases and the eye testing equipment. We have been here at this address for several years. People walk in from the street when they realize their old glasses aren't working like they used to. We have a variety of frames, nothing too over the top, just regular styles that people like to wear. The floor is made of plain stone and we have a small counter where we handle the orders. It’s mostly just one or two of us working here at a time. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass on the displays because of the fingerprints. Manimajra is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else's business, so news of the clinic travels by word of mouth mostly. We don’t use any big slogans. It’s just a place to get lenses and frames. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we are always wiping things down. We open the shutters in the morning and close them up when the sun goes down. It’s a very standard way to run a small shop like this, focusing on glasses and helping people see a bit better.
