Kind Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Sec. 31-D, right at S.C.O. 43 on the 2Nd Floor. It’s a quiet enough part of Chandigarh compared to some of the other sectors. To get to us, you have to go around to the side entrance and head up the stairs. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees outside, which is nice. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we manage the pharmaceutical side of the business. We have some shelves for files and a couple of computers that are always running. It’s mostly about managing the paperwork and the distribution logistics from here. We don’t keep a huge amount of stock on-site; it’s more about the management of the remedies we deal with. The office has that lived-in feel, with mismatched chairs and piles of ledgers on the desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just focus on getting the orders processed and talking to our suppliers. Sometimes the fan in the main room squeaks a bit, and we keep saying we’ll fix it, but we always get busy with something else. Most of our work is done over the phone or via email. It’s a small, dedicated team here, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We just like to keep things simple and do our jobs without any unnecessary fuss.
