Khanna & Associat, Sco No 1136-37, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh

Khanna & Associat is based out of Sector 21-D in Chandigarh, at house number 3029. We also have that spot at SCO 1136-37 over in Sector 22-B, which is part of our full name on the paperwork. Chandigarh is a planned place, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything fits the local rules and regulations. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a lot of tables and stacks of paper everywhere. We work on various building projects and spend half our time driving between the two sectors. It's usually a bit quiet in the mornings until the phones start ringing. We have a small team and we have known each other for years. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows how they like their tea. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from guys selling tiles to people who want a new office layout. There is always a lot of back and forth. Sometimes we get stuck in meetings that go on way too long, but that’s part of the job. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or saw one of our sites being built. It is a steady pace of work. We try to keep things organized but construction is always a bit unpredictable. We just show up every morning and try to get through the list of tasks.
