My office is at H.No/3286 in Sector 19-D. It's a quiet spot, which helps when you need to focus on architecture. Most of the time, Kaur Swapan Jeet Architect is just me and a couple of assistants working through drafts. The house number is easy to spot once you're on the right street. We have desks covered in blueprints and some old models from previous years. It isn’t a high-rise office building with glass walls. It is a practical space where we can actually draw and think. We spend hours talking about walls, roofs, and where the windows should go. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If someone calls, they usually talk to me directly. We keep our records in some old metal cabinets that have been here forever. It’s a bit crowded with all the paper, but it works for us. Working from house 3286 means we are part of the local community. We just take one project at a time and try to make sure the math is right. It’s not about being fancy; it’s just about building things that stay up and serve a purpose for the people.
