Kaur Masha Simrat Architect

Our office is located at number 1238 in Sector 34C. It’s a pretty standard workspace and we haven't done much to change it over the years. Masha runs the projects here and most of our mornings are spent looking at site plans while drinking way too much tea. Being an architect involves a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to figure out why a wall can't go exactly where it was supposed to go. We’ve been in this part of the sector for a while now, so we know the local area quite well. Most days it's just the sound of computer mice clicking and some music playing softly in the back. We handle a mix of small and medium projects for people in the city. It’s not always glamorous work, to be honest with you. There is a whole lot of boring paperwork that people never see. But when a project actually gets finished and the building is standing, it feels pretty good. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. There is no need for big words or complicated explanations that nobody understands. We just want to make sure the building is solid and looks like it actually belongs there. Sometimes we have to stay late when a deadline is coming up fast, but we usually try to head home at a decent hour. It's just us doing what we know how to do.
