Kapoor Builders

Kapoor Builders is located at House Number 11 in Sector 39, which is a part of the Urban Estate in Ludhiana. It is a very busy part of Punjab to be in. We have been operating out of this specific house for a good bit of time now. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic passing by, but inside we are usually focused on our various plans and projects. It is not a big glass office building, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about building things. The neighbors know us pretty well by now. We usually have maps and blueprints spread out over the big wooden table in the front room. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone down the street to get more for the team. Ludhiana is a fast-growing place, and being in Sector 39 puts us right where most of the action is. We handle the paperwork, talk to the work crews, and try our best to keep everything on a steady schedule. It is hard work and there are plenty of long days where we are still sitting here long after the sun goes down. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a lobby area. People just walk in and we start talking about what needs doing. It is a family-run kind of vibe. We just want to get the jobs finished. Being based in Urban Estate means we see changes every day.
