Kant & Associates

You’ll find Kant & Associates at 1327 in the SGTB Complex, which is in Sector-70 of SAS Nagar. The complex is a busy place with a lot of different shops and offices, so there’s always something going on. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all our architectural work. It’s not very big, but we have enough room for our computers and a large table for checking the prints. We usually get in around ten in the morning. The first thing we do is check on any updates from the construction sites we’re currently managing. Sector-70 is a good location because it’s easy to get to from different parts of the city. We don’t go in for fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from someone else. Our desks are usually covered in pens, scales, and half-empty cups of tea. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time discussing materials and costs, trying to make things work within a budget. Sometimes the building can get a bit cold in the winter, so we all wear our heavy sweaters while we work. It’s just a group of us trying to do a decent job on every project that comes through the door. We don’t overcomplicate things; we just focus on the plans and the people we're building for.
