Joshi Adesh Architect

I’m Adesh and I run my architecture practice, Joshi Adesh Architect, from House No.15 in Sector 33-A. It’s a simple setup in my home. I’ve got a big desk and plenty of light for when I’m drawing. I don't have a big staff. It’s usually just me and sometimes a freelancer if the work gets heavy. I spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to fix the drawings. Being in Sector 33-A is convenient for me. I’ve lived around here for a long time. People usually find me because someone they know had me work on their house. I don't do much advertising. I just focus on the work on my desk. My office isn't anything special to look at. It’s full of folders, rolls of tracing paper, and old pens. I like to keep things practical. If a client has an idea, we sit down and see if it can actually be built. There’s a lot of checking regulations and making sure things are safe. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important. I take my time with each project because it’s just me doing the work. If you drop by House No.15, you’ll probably find me at my drafting board. I usually have a fan going and some papers weighted down with smooth stones.
