We are located in Sector 32 C of Chandigarh at House Number 2011/32. This is where we run everything for our building business. It is a residential house, which is pretty typical for a local builder like us. We don't have a separate commercial office building. We use the space here to go over blueprints, meet with contractors, and handle all the billing. Chandigarh is a very organized city, and Sector 32 C is a nice, established part of it. We’ve been at this address for many years, so we are a permanent part of the neighborhood. The atmosphere is very informal. You might find us sitting around the dining table looking at site plans or talking to clients. It is a family-oriented business, and we take things one project at a time. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our projects around the city. There’s always a bit of dust from the site samples we bring back, and the phone is usually ringing with calls from the labor crews. It’s a busy, practical life. We aren't corporate people; we are just builders who work from home and make sure our projects are moving along as they should. It’s been our base of operations for a long time and we like the local feel of the sector.
