Jigyasu Niyati Rohit Architect

We are Jigyasu, Niyati, and Rohit, and we work together as architects. Our office is set up at H.No.105 in Sector 16 A. It’s basically just our work home. We spend a lot of time here debating over floor plans and looking at site photos. It’s not a corporate environment. We have our desks pushed together and there’s usually a lot of paper everywhere. We moved into Sector 16 A because it’s a quiet enough area to actually get some thinking done. Most of our projects are local houses and small commercial bits. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. When the doorbell rings at H.No.105, one of us just gets up to answer it. We do our own drafting and our own site visits. It keeps us busy. Sometimes we disagree on a design, but we usually work it out over lunch. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing and look okay. It’s a hands-on job. You’ll often find us with pencils behind our ears or measuring tapes in our pockets. That’s just our daily life here. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sketch out new ideas for the neighbors.
