Karwal Communication

Karwal Communication is located over in Jeet Nagar, right in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana. It’s a decent spot to be in. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while, and it’s mostly just us handling phones, repairs, and whatever else comes through the door. The shop feels a bit lived-in. There are wires behind the counter and a few posters on the walls that have started to curl at the corners. We keep a small fan going during the summer because it gets really hot inside when the afternoon sun hits the windows. People from the neighborhood stop in quite a bit, sometimes just to ask for directions or to see if we have a specific part in stock. We don’t always have it, but we can usually figure something out. It isn't the quietest place, especially with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we like the energy. The desk where we do the repairs is usually covered in tiny screws and tools. You have to be careful not to sneeze or they’ll go flying everywhere. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. It’s just a small business trying to keep up with how fast technology changes. We don’t have any fancy mission statements, we just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings us. Usually, we end up staying a bit later than planned to finish a job. It is just the way it works.
