Jatin Architect

My name is Jatin and I run Jatin Architect out of my place at 61/1, Bank Colony. It’s over in Pipliwala Town, Manimajra. I’ve lived in this area for years, so setting up the office here just made sense. It isn't a high-rise office or anything. It’s just a ground floor space where I keep my drafting board and computer. Most days I’m either here drawing up plans or I’m out walking around a job site in Manimajra. People around Bank Colony know me as the guy who’s always carrying rolls of paper. I don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. I just talk to people and help them figure out their building needs. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the site visits, but that’s just how it goes. I try to keep things straightforward. If someone wants to build something, I show them what’s possible on their lot. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring. I handle everything from the first sketch to the final check. It’s a one-man show mostly. You can find me at 61/1 if I’m not out at a client’s house. I like being in Pipliwala Town because it’s a busy, real place. It keeps me grounded. I’ve probably seen every street in Manimajra by now. It’s a lot of walking, but it's how the job gets finished properly.
