Jaspreet Thakur Architect

Jaspreet Thakur Architect is based at Scf, 5 Sector-Tc. It’s a straightforward office in a regular commercial block. We don’t go in for anything too flashy here. The walls are a plain off-white, and the furniture is mostly functional. Sector-TC is where we spend most of our daylight hours, looking at computer screens or checking paper maps of the local plots. Jaspreet is usually busy with one thing or another, and the office atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of employees. It’s a small operation where everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the small details that most people don't think about, like where the pipes go or how much weight a beam can hold. It’s not the kind of stuff that makes for great stories, but it’s what keeps the buildings standing. We have a lot of respect for the tradespeople we work with because they’re the ones out in the sun actually building what we draw. Our job is just to give them a good map to follow. We take our time with the drawings to make sure we don't miss anything important. It’s just about getting the work done and moving on to the next one. No big fuss, just regular days at the office in Sector-TC.
