Jain Kadambini Architect

Jain Kadambini Architect is located right here at H.No.1218 in Sector 8/C. We've been operating out of this house for a good bit of time. It’s a regular neighborhood spot, nothing too flashy or corporate. Most of the time, the table is covered in rolls of paper and half-finished tea. We work on various house designs and some renovation ideas for people nearby. Being in Sector 8/C makes it easy for folks to drop by when they have questions about a project. We usually have the door open if we’re not out at a construction site. It’s a small operation. Just me and some help. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the drawings actually make sense for the builders. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the pencils and scales everywhere. It’s a bit of a lived-in office feel. We aren't a big firm with assistants for everything. We handle the phone calls and the drafting ourselves. If you need someone to look at a plot or check a wall, we’re usually around. It’s just how we like to work, keeping it local and simple. Nothing fancy. Just a quiet place where we do our drafting. If you are near H.No.1218, you’ll see we are just a normal part of the street. It can be a bit cluttered inside, but we know where everything is kept.
