Jai Prakash Associates Ltd ( Cement Division )

Jai Prakash Associates Ltd runs its cement division operations out of Dev Bhaskar Akhauri House No 730 A. We are located in Sector 7 of Karnal, which is a pretty well-known part of town. It’s a residential house converted into an office, so it feels more like a home than a stiff workplace. There is a lot of movement here because of the cement business. Trucks come and go in the general area, and we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at ledgers. Haryana gets cold in the winter and very dusty in the summer, so we’ve seen it all from this spot. We have been in Sector 7 for a bit. It is easy to find if you know the landmark houses around here. The office itself is just a few rooms filled with files and some old computers. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. People just walk in when they need to talk about orders or supplies. It’s quite practical. We keep the tea kettle going for when guests arrive. It's a hardworking atmosphere, not really meant for showing off. We focus on the cement side of things from this particular address. It’s a solid place to work. Sometimes the neighbors chat with us over the gate. It makes the day go by faster. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business moving along, even when the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming at the end of the month.
