Our place is in Ambala Cantt, Haryana. We’re over at House No 2903/1 in Kacha Bazar. It’s a busy market area, and things can get pretty crowded outside our door. We deal with ceramics and tiles. The building is older, and the bazaar has its own rhythm. We open up the shutters early in the morning and start sorting through what needs to get done. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. It’s more of a working space where we keep samples and handle the sales. Sometimes it’s dusty because of the construction nearby or just the nature of the bazaar. We have a couple of small desks and some shelving for the tile samples. We talk to contractors and local builders who are looking for specific types of ceramics. It's a straightforward business. We don't use any big marketing slogans. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking through the market. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our morning chai. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while. Some days are slow and others are a total rush with people moving boxes and checking inventory. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Ambala. We don't have any big signs, just the house number on the door to let you know you've found the right spot. It’s practical and it works for us.
