Our office is located on the first floor of SCO 172-173 in Sector 9-C. We’ve been in Chandigarh for a long time, working on building projects and houses. It’s a busy office, usually filled with blueprints, samples of tiles, and stacks of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at construction sites checking on how things are moving along. The office is right in the middle of the sector, so it's easy to find but the parking is always full. We aren't really the type for big fancy meetings; we mostly just sit around the table and figure out how to solve the next problem on a site. Sometimes the weather slows things down, and we end up spending more time here than we planned. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have a big receptionist area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It gets a bit dusty with all the site visits, but that’s part of the job when you’re building things. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure they stand. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and suppliers, which keeps us pretty occupied most days. We just keep our heads down and keep building until the job is finally finished.
