We've been at No. 131 34- D for a while now. It's just a normal spot where we handle things for Integrity Impex Co. Most days are busy, dealing with the paperwork and getting stuff moved out the door. It isn't anything fancy. We have a small crew here. People know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The building is easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. Sometimes the phone rings all morning, other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock. We deal with imports and exports, mostly just managing the logistics side of things. It can get a bit messy with all the files and boxes around. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we've stayed put right here. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks. It's about getting the orders right and making sure things get where they need to go. If a crate shows up late, we're the ones sorting it out. That's just how it is. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the tasks for the day. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up and get it done.
