Indo Tech Chandigarh

Indo Tech Chandigarh is tucked away in Phase 1 of the Industrial Area. We take up a good bit of space from Plot 136 to 140/60. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of noise and dust from the road traffic. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s got high ceilings which is good because it stays a bit cooler in the summer, though not much. The office is just a small partitioned area near the front gate with an old fan. We spend most of our time out on the shop floor anyway. There are a lot of different machines going at once, so you have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise. We don't really have a big staff, just a core group that’s been here forever. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervision. We don't bother with brochures or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or they just see the sign when they’re driving through the industrial area looking for help. The gate usually stays wide open during the day unless the rain is coming down hard. We’ve got some old trees near the entrance that give a little shade for the bikes. It’s just a practical place for practical work. We focus on the technical side of things and don't worry about the aesthetics of the building. It’s been our home for years and it works for us.
