Indian Sucrose Limited

You can find us over in Madipur Village, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the New Delhi streets. We are located at Wz-183. It’s a lively area, and there is always something going on right outside the door. Kids playing, vendors yelling, the usual Delhi sounds. Indian Sucrose Limited has been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Amanat Ali and Irshad Ali are names you’ll hear a lot if you spend any time around the office. We deal with sugar and sucrose, which keeps us pretty busy through the different seasons. The office itself is modest. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of old wooden desks where we keep track of everything. It gets crowded when we have deliveries coming in, but we make it work somehow. Madipur has a certain rhythm to it, and we’ve definitely fallen into it over the years. It’s not like those shiny glass offices you see in the city center. It’s a bit worn down, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of ledgers and common sense. It's a hardworking environment, and we like it that way. No one puts on airs here; we just focus on the sugar business.
