Indi Spice is over here in Sector 17. We’ve been running this place for a while now. Most days it’s just us trying to keep up with the lunch crowd that comes in from the nearby offices. The kitchen is small and it gets pretty warm in there during the summer months, but we’re used to it. We don't really do anything fancy with the decor. Just some tables and chairs that have seen better days. You’ll find us mostly chopping vegetables or checking on the pots. It’s a lot of manual work. We aren't trying to be some big restaurant chain. We just like cooking the stuff we know how to make. Sometimes we run out of things if the market didn’t have what we needed that morning. It happens. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We don't have a big team, just a few of us helping out. The floor gets a bit dusty because of the wind outside. We sweep it when we can. It’s just a normal spot in the middle of the sector. Nothing more, nothing less. We spend most of our time in the back. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over the radio or just sitting for a quick break when it’s quiet. We don't use fancy machines. Just hands and old stoves. That is how we’ve always done it since we started. We aren't experts, we just keep the doors open.
