Inder Jgulati Architect

Inder Jgulati Architect is based over in Baltana, specifically at 605, Harmlap Nagar. The Derabassi area keeps us pretty busy most weeks. It’s a regular office space, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just Inder and the rest of us trying to figure out how to make spaces work better. There are always piles of blueprints stacked up in the corners and the smell of stale coffee in the air. The district of Mohali has changed a lot since we started out, and we’ve seen plenty of buildings go up around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, getting our shoes dirty. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean all day. Sometimes we get stuck on a design for hours, just staring at a blank screen or a piece of paper until something clicks. The neighbors in Harmlap Nagar are quiet enough, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to get the drawings right so the builders don’t have a headache later on. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking dimensions and making sure everything fits where it’s supposed to. If someone drops by, they’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a staircase or a plumbing layout. That’s just the daily routine for us here.
