H.S. Wires India Private Limited

H.S. Wires India Private Limited is located right in the middle of Phase-1, at No. 604. This industrial area is always loud and there’s always someone moving a pallet or a truck blocking the road. Our space isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big gate and some grey concrete. Inside, it’s mostly machines and heavy spools of wire everywhere. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, and the fans don’t do much except move the warm air around. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. The guys on the floor know their way around the machinery by heart. We don’t really do fancy meetings or PowerPoints here. Usually, it’s just shouting over the noise of the motors to get things sorted. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small desk in the corner, and we spend Friday afternoons trying to find the bottom of the stack. The coffee machine breaks down once a month, which is a real pain for the morning shift. We make wire, and that’s about it. There’s nothing glamorous about it, but it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. Most of us have been working here since the place opened. It’s a steady rhythm of clanking metal and packing orders for shipping. If you ever come down to the industrial area, you’ll know the smell of oil and metal that hangs in the air. That’s just how life is here.
