We set up our office near the Chandigarh Airport Area because it's easy for people to find us when they fly in or drive by. Mostly, we deal with people looking to buy or rent hospital spaces. It's a very specific kind of thing, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting folks around the city. It's not fancy work at all. Some days are just filled with endless paperwork and checking out different properties to see if they actually fit what someone needs for a clinic. We've been doing this for a good bit now.
