Our office is located at SCO Nos. 109-110 in Sector 17B. Most people around here just call us HARTRON. Being a state government undertaking means things follow a certain rhythm. It is not exactly like a startup where everyone is running around in t-shirts, but it’s not as stiff as you might think either. The building has that classic Sector 17 feel to it. We deal with electronics and development stuff mostly. Every day, people come in with different requirements, and we try to sort them out as best as we can. There are a lot of files and a lot of stamps involved, which is just how things go in a place like this. The desks are usually covered in documents, and the printers are almost always humming. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once or when the morning rush starts. We've been part of the Haryana state setup for a long time, so we've seen technology change from the old heavy monitors to what we use now. It's a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one task at a time. Lunch breaks are usually spent discussing local politics or where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a solid place to work, full of people who have been here for years and know the system inside out. We don’t need a lot of bells and whistles to get our work done.
