We've been at 119 in Phase-2 for a while now. It’s a busy spot in the Industrial Area, but it works for us. Most days it’s just us doing what needs to get done. We started this place because we knew the area and saw an opening. People drop by often enough. It isn’t fancy here. There’s a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but you get used to that after a few months. We keep the doors open mostly. My desk is right near the front. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty with all the trucks going past outside. We just focus on the work on our table. The team is small. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. If someone has a question, they just shout across the room. It’s how we’ve always managed things. Some customers have been coming to see us since the beginning. They know where to find us. We aren't going anywhere. It’s a solid building, even if the paint is peeling a bit in the corners. We keep the equipment running and make sure the orders get out when they are supposed to. That’s pretty much the daily routine. Nothing too complicated about it. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the guys paid. That is what matters at the end of the day. It gets dark early in the winter, so we usually wrap up by six and head home to our families.
