We are over at 132 in Sector 20-A, Chandigarh. If you know Chandigarh, you know how the sectors are laid out, and 20-A is a pretty established part of the city. Our office for Groz Beckert Asia Pvt Ltd is just a standard building in that area. It’s not one of those new, shiny glass structures you see in the IT parks. It’s more of a traditional setup. We’ve got our departments divided up, but it’s all pretty casual on the inside. We don't wear ties unless we absolutely have to, and the atmosphere is generally pretty quiet. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the routine inside and out. There isn't a lot of drama or excitement; we just come in, check our emails, and get through the tasks for the day. The sector has some nice greenery, which is one of the best things about working in this part of town. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or posters telling us to be our best selves. We just do the work because it needs to be done. Sometimes we all go out for lunch at a nearby spot, but mostly we just eat at our desks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work well enough for us. We’re just a bunch of people in Chandigarh doing our bit.
