Grasim Industries Ltd.

Our office is at H.No. 931 in Sunny Enclave, over in Desu Majra Kharar. It’s part of the Mohali district. It is a regular house that we use for the Grasim Industries Ltd branch here. It’s quite far out from the main city center, which means it’s generally peaceful. We have a small yard in the front where we sometimes stand and talk during breaks. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some old shelves. We handle the local paperwork and keep track of what's happening in this region. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy. We have a rhythm to our days. We start with tea, check the mail, and then dive into the spreadsheets. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything. We are just the administrative side of things. The neighborhood is quiet, mostly families and other small businesses. Sometimes we have to drive into Chandigarh for meetings, but we prefer staying here at the house. It’s comfortable and we have everything we need. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We are just regular people doing regular work. It’s a straightforward setup and it works well for the team we have here. We keep our heads down and get the job done every single day.
