Grasim Industries Ltd. (Unit-Birla Ready Mix)

We are located on the first floor of House No. 570 in Sector 19, Panchkula. This is the Birla Ready Mix unit under Grasim Industries Ltd. Since we are in a house, it feels much more relaxed than a standard office building. We have the usual office equipment set up in the rooms, and we spend most of our time coordinating concrete deliveries. Haryana has been growing fast, so our phones are usually ringing with people asking about schedules and mix types. It’s a practical operation. We don’t have a front desk person or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer to help you out. We handle the logistics for the local construction sites from here. The neighborhood is quiet, which is a nice change from the actual mix sites where everything is loud and messy. We keep our boots by the door and our files on the shelves. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the bank statements. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy. We just provide a base for the ready mix business to run smoothly in this area. It’s a good spot and we’ve been here a while.
