At Gherzi Eastern Ltd, we’re located on the top floor of building 1816 in Phase V of Mohali. Being on the top floor is okay because we get a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the road below. Phase V is a pretty established part of the city and it's easy enough to find. The office isn’t anything spectacular to look at. It’s just a series of rooms with computers, printers, and a lot of files. We have a small area where we can sit and have a quick break when we need it. The furniture is all mismatched because we’ve just added pieces as we needed them over the years. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. We’ve got maps and project charts pinned to the walls. It feels like a place where people actually work hard. There’s no fancy lighting or designer carpets here. We just have the standard tube lights and those simple tiled floors. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens every now and then. But we don’t mind too much. It keeps us moving. We’re a small crew and we mostly just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It’s a practical space for us. We like being in Mohali because it feels organized but still has that local touch. It’s just where we happen to be based for now. It works for us.
